The primary role of the Digital Marketing Manager is to take ownership of clients’ digital communication requirements and deliver higher ROI across initiatives.

We are looking for a Video and Motion Graphics Editor to create cutting-edge, message-oriented and brand-focused videos for a set of clients that span across the spectrum of Health, Insurance, Retail, Heritage Tourism, and many others. You’ll be part of a creative team that is out to make brands stand out in the content-heavy communication space of today.

We are looking for a professional who’s quick, responsive, flexible, and can easily blend in to a collaborative set-up. While your role requires you to create and edit videos, we expect a good deal of imagination, insightful thinking and a sense of aesthetics in the work you create.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of video post-production experience, having worked intensely in editing, motion graphics, animated typography, with typography-in-motion skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro), with medium to high level of proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Excellent motion and visual sensibilities, with the aptitude to use motion and visual thinking, storyboards, sketching and communication design
  • Expert understanding of basic visual design disciplines like typography, iconography, composition, color, composition, layout, etc.
  • In depth knowledge of industry and platform-standard video compression formats and codecs.

As an Art Director at Stirred Creative, you will develop creative ideas based on the creative brief by working together with your team. You will create layouts that bring alive ideas and clearly showcase the brand and its particular requirements. You will be open to senior guidance, client servicing inputs and iterations. You will ensure great quality and finalised versions that can be handed over to the developed, printers or clients. You will be expected to develop the brand’s visual language across various media.

We expect you to have good communication skills. You are also required to have great working knowledge of Corel, Photoshop and other design software. Know of 3D is optional. Passion is a must.
