The ideal Creative Social Editor will work closely with a core team to strategize, plan and implement the creative for social media campaigns which will grow and strengthen clients’ brand engagement across key digital platforms. In addition to creating engaging content, you will act as an expert consultant for all creative initiatives, working closely with the art and design team to maintain brand presence and aesthetic and ensure brand tone is spot on.

Key responsibilities:

  • The Creative Social Editor will help plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly social plans for clients
  • Maintain the social media editorial calendar and chair creative social media planning meetings in partnership with the business side of the social team
  • Initiate special projects for social, including working with influencers and other talent
  • Oversee or support any content in which social media is the key channel
  • Identify opportunities and strategies to repurpose content effectively from other channels
  • Work closely with the artwork and design department on all elements of asset production
  • Be one of the organization’s social media experts able to educate stakeholders in best practice in creative content development
  • Ability to think outside the box and react to wider events and trends

You own this if you have…

  • 3 + years proven experience in a creative social media team at a digital advertising company, or a multi-brand company
  • Proven track record of working on projects from concept to completion, applying best practices with the ability to prioritize and creatively problem-solve
  • Ability as a skilled writer and able to quickly grasp brand tone of voice
  • Ear to the ground on current and developing consumer behaviour trends
  • Deep knowledge of platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat & Instagram as well as of emerging networks
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage timelines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects
  • A flexible, approachable attitude with good problem solving skills

We are looking for a Video and Motion Graphics Editor to create cutting-edge, message-oriented and brand-focused videos for a set of clients that span across the spectrum of Health, Insurance, Retail, Heritage Tourism, and many others. You’ll be part of a creative team that is out to make brands stand out in the content-heavy communication space of today.

We are looking for a professional who’s quick, responsive, flexible, and can easily blend in to a collaborative set-up. While your role requires you to create and edit videos, we expect a good deal of imagination, insightful thinking and a sense of aesthetics in the work you create.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of video post-production experience, having worked intensely in editing, motion graphics, animated typography, with typography-in-motion skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro), with medium to high level of proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Excellent motion and visual sensibilities, with the aptitude to use motion and visual thinking, storyboards, sketching and communication design
  • Expert understanding of basic visual design disciplines like typography, iconography, composition, color, composition, layout, etc.
  • In depth knowledge of industry and platform-standard video compression formats and codecs.
  • Familiarity with post-production video hardware, with the skill to troubleshoot issues with Mac-based editing suites, if required.
  • Experience in editing branded, short-format video content for the digital / online medium.
  • Knack of maintaining video assets and back-ups in an organized way.
  • Most of all, the ability to grab the attention of audience, the video content is intended for.

If you’ve been in the ad industry for 2 to 5 years, (preferably) have a Graduate Degree in Advertising, Communication & Media Studies or Journalism, and are looking at getting your ideas out there, we’d like to talk you.

As a Copywriter at Stirred Creative, you will be master of linguistic content for all our communication. You will generate original, creative, clear and persuasive ideas for brands and liaise with clients and interpret their briefs in well thought through, intuitive and resourceful ways. You will be involved in pitches, work together with and present ideas to your team, creative directors, other internal teams and clients.

We expect you to write concise, creative, sharp and compelling copy. You will need to be collaborative with excellent attention to detail. You are expected to think awards, think brand and be a great team player. Passion is a must.

As an Account Executive, you will be the primary driver of your accounts. In this role you will need to meet the following expectations -

  • Act as the primary point of contact with the client
  • Assists in the daily operations of client projects internally
  • Be the interface between the client and all the internal departments at the firm (creative/ design/ packaging/ digital/ ecommerce)
  • Responsible for client meeting, briefing, presentation, retention of clients, developing and maintaining relationships with multiple points of contact at the client's organization, enabling them to understand and address their complete needs

If you’ve been in the ad industry for 4 to 6 years, have a Masters or Graduate Degree in Fine Arts and are looking at getting more creative, we’d like to meet you.

As an Art Director at Stirred Creative, you will develop creative ideas based on the creative brief by working together with your team. You will create layouts that bring alive ideas and clearly showcase the brand and its particular requirements. You will be open to senior guidance, client servicing inputs and iterations. You will ensure great quality and finalised versions that can be handed over to the developed, printers or clients. You will be expected to develop the brand’s visual language across various media.

We expect you to have good communication skills. You are also required to have great working knowledge of Corel, Photoshop and other design software. Know of 3D is optional. Passion is a must.
