Stirred was tasked with delivering incremental sales (holiday package and room reservations) via digital for a brand that had not done digital advertising before, and did not have an online booking engine. To effect this, we needed to target the Indian domestic traveler, a segment not actively focused on by the client so far.
Stirred created and managed a diverse social media presence to create awareness and interest in the brand among travellers. We planned and executed ongoing Search and Social Media paid campaigns to drive leads (booking queries) for the 18+ hotels managed by CGH Earth. Budgets were slim as compared to competition and so very sharp targeting and smart ongoing campaign optimization was done.
In an 18-month period, we generated 2500 leads that resulted in a 2X Return on Investment (ROI). We deep-funnelled interest levels, matching the Alert Individual Traveller to each of our properties, through a geo-targeted digital strategy that also built brand building and awareness.
